Somewhere end of the 70iger years begin my memory. As far as I can still remember, there was a youth club, whatever I had times visited in the former cultural center Worbis (today as glasshouse well-known) already. At that time I was however still very young, like that the youth club not yet so much the correct for me truely and also the memories am very pale. This youth club dissolved, thus that anyhow sometime the city Worbis only once no more youth club possessed. Beginning of the 80iger as I I the tea rodent age came, drafen themselves we always at the stadium, usually on the rear stairs in the proximity of the cemetery or the so-called " Bumbskuhlen" laterally beside the stairs. Both does not exist today any longer. This " Jugendtreff" regularly and well visited of the young people of the city and environment. We yielded somewhat later then under " yellow Dach" beside the indoor swimming pool in Worbis out. One had weather cannons a place nevertheless here already contrary to the stairs. The number of young people which each day met there constantly grew. Finally to 27.04.1987 the new youth club opened in Worbis at the stadium and it began a recent time of the youth life in Worbis.

27 April 1987 was a large day for the youth in Worbis: Their first own club house was inaugurated. Up to then one met secretly under " yellow Dach" , behind the sauna between the today's club and the indoor swimming pool. 1986 were then finally kind of building for its own domicile. With small cost for the city Worbis, because apprentices of the enterprise of building of circles practiced here at one " Jugendprojekt". Boss in the Treff became at that time Bernd Kuhn to hardly differentiate with respect to jeans and T-shirt from its youth guests to. The gestrenge club leader it wanted to be, also never rather with the girls and boy which on the legs place. And that folded prima. The Worbiser new generation organized the meetings usually. Whether dance, theatre, cabaret, doll play or sporty activities - in the youth club of the small Wipperstadt boredom never arose. The activities were not limited by any means only to the house at the stadium. In holidays and on weekends, to the May leap or other traditional holidays it with bag and luggage went on route. Up to the turn naturally borders were set to these trips. In addition, the camps in the Luttergrund remained for all involved one in good memory. Also after the case it succeeded to the wall to keep the sworn in community upright. Now the trips led for example to the Côte d´Azur, in addition, into the Prager message or to the citizens of Berlin wall, where one could nearly still see the peaceful revolution. The change of the social order does not only bring the large freedom, but also completely new problems with itself, understood Bernd Kuhn and its young friends completely fast. Very early they employed with the right scene, looked for each other the discussion with young people from this environment and took at the same time close contact with the asylum-seekers' hostels developed again auf." We gemacht" with few means much; , the club leader at that time remembers at that time the times. It always could themselves leave on the Worbiser youth, those their club with did not only develop, furnished and then like naturally also in order held. Also to it that the mechanism had soon a good reputation generally speaking district it participated, the girls and boys. So many a time a map advance booking was necessary, in order to become the large crush gentleman. The discotheque in the glasshouse decreases/goes back to a certain extent to this commitment. Because the young people of the city had at that time the idea to organize in the entrance hall of the former cultural center discotheques. In addition also the DJs was invited by the youth club P1 from Uder. The brothers Thunert decided then to draw the discotheque up in Worbis professionally. Approximately two decades are past the beautiful times now. And the desire arose again and again to meet with the people from at that time again to remember together the mad experiences and to spend a nice evening with one another. Since 1994 the Worbiser youth club under the direction of the Diakonie runs. The new club line faced the desire very openly, so that now a date for the party could be found: 6 September. Starting from 19 o'clock are all, which can to remember still well the beginnings of the youth club and feel this until today connected, cordially invited into their old Treff.
